Heavily inspired by the five principles of modern architecture by Le Corbusier, this villa pulls off a strong character with the use of elongated, horizontal cut-outs along the entire façade. The front and rear exteriors have been wrapped in jaali work, that suits the contextual, tropical setting of the location. Extended canopies have been significantly used as a signature style of the architect, aiming to create a juxtaposition of modern, contemporary, and tropical architecture in order to keep the output extremely relevant with time and context.
