This Project is in the heart of the city Kolkata at a walking distance from Minto Park, south club. It is designed as a luxury destination, whereas the current condition of this building is half done civil work with various construction errors. The scope of the project is to redesign the elevation and façade of the building, site development and interior design.
Redesigning appealing north east and front elevation , compound wall and main Entrance gate for proper approach for site and entry.Proposing grand entry lobby with glass wall and glass canopy and designate flooring for
Parking and vehicular path. Proposing a off space/ smoking / relax space with pergola and informal sitting. Shading 5th floor balcony with glass canopy including all floor exotic luxurious interiors. Providing terrace garden with gym glass house, kids play zone, lovers / cozy corner and a grand party lawn. Adding some water bodies, planters and creepers and warm lighting for a soothing ambience.
